We make a proforma invoice according to the final order requirements.
If the goods are small, we will make a proforma invoice with the freight.
If the goods are large, we will first make a proforma invoice without freight. The proforma invoice with accurate freight will be made after the packaging is completed and weighed.
Once the pro forma invoice is completed, we will send it to the customer via official email.

We will start preparing and packing the goods after the customer pays according to the proforma invoice of the goods.
We can package the goods according to the customer’s customization or special requirements, such as affixing unique labels to the goods or packing them in wooden boxes.
We will ship the goods after the customer pays the freight. We will send the tracking number to the customer after shipment.

Customers are requested to check the goods after receiving them. For products from us, any wrong, missing, or damage products, we will offer refund or replace.
